Distribution lists aren't exported to a CSV file

Symptom: When converting an address book to CSV format, the distribution lists are lost.
 
Cause: There is no standard way to place distribution lists in the CSV file format.
 
Solution: Export to the file format named "Distribution Lists" instead of to CSV. This file will contain all of your distribution lists. The file format is easy to understand if you open the resulting file with Notepad.
