"Invalid function" error

Symptom: When trying to convert your address book to Microsoft Outlook, you receive the error "Invalid function." ePreserver may hang.

Cause: Your address book is damaged. We have seen this caused by software that syncs your PDA.

Workaround: Click the Settings button in ePreserver and check the box under Address Book labeled "Allow duplicates." Click OK and continue the conversion.
