Symptom: You are running Epicenter Server and receive the error "Error at Location 38: The message store has reached its maximum size."

Cause: The user's mailbox is full.

Solution: You can determine which user by looking at the History after the update is completed. (If you are running Windows XP, click Refresh on the History tab to see the latest results.) No action is necessary. Epicenter will automatically update the mailbox when space is available.
