Problem: You are trying to use Outlook's archive function to archive messages that were imported by one of our products.
Cause: This is a flaw in the Outlook archive function. We cannot provide a solution for this problem.
Details: The Outlook archive function uses the Modified timestamp to determine what to archive. However, for imported messages, the Modified timestamp is always the current time, which means that "old" email is not archived.
Outlook manages the Modified timestamp automatically. It is a read-only property, which means that our products cannot fix the problem by manually changing the Modified timestamp.
