"Your registration information can not be saved..."

Problem: When you enter your registration code, you receive the error "Your registration information can not be saved please contact support@connectedsw.com"

Cause: Your registration key is for a different product.

Solution: Make sure that the software you are running is the same software you purchased. Note that Address Magic Personal and Address Magic Personal PLUS are the same thing - they are not different downloads.
