Conversion error, Location 52 when converting to Outlook

Problem: You received a Location 52 error when trying to convert to or from Microsoft Outlook.

Cause: You need to repair Microsoft Office.


  1. Go to your Windows menu
  2. Open Control Panel (the old Control Panel, not the new Settings window)
  3. Select Microsoft Office.
  4. Click Change.
  5. Select Repair.
  6. Click OK.
