Can't use Upgrade key with manual activation

Problem: Entering an upgrade key (or "license code") from the manual activation page on this web site does not work.

Solution: Please follow the steps below.You must enter three separate keys to do manual activation with an upgrade key.

  1. If you haven't done so already, you need to activate the software using the original, non-upgrade key you received in your original receipt. Follow the instructions on the "manual activation" page:
  2. Run Address Magic Personal.
  3. Click the Upgrade button.
  4. Enter the license code you received in your upgrade receipt.
  5. Click OK.
  6. If Address Magic restarts, just click Cancel.
  7. Again follow the instructions on the "manual activation" page, but this time use the license code from the upgrade receipt (the same code you entered in Step #4.)

This should successfully activate the PLUS version of the software.
