Is 64-bit Outlook supported?

(Applies to: Address Magic and ePreserver)

To determine if you are running the 64-bit version of Microsoft Outlook, do this:

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click the File tab in the top left
  3. Click Help
  4. Look to the right, under "About Microsoft Outlook". It says something like "Version 14.0.6129.5000 (32-bit)"  If it says 32-bit, you are okay. If it says 64-bit, then this article applies.

Address Magic Personal should automatically offer to download a version of the software that supports 64-bit Outlook. You can download the latest version of Address Magic Personal from:

http://www.connectedsw.com/Downloads/MagicSetup.exe

ePreserver: Does not support 64-bit. The only workaround is to switch to 32-bit Office.
