Epicenter folder does not show in Outlook

(Applies to Epicenter Server with Exchange Mailbox updates. This solution does NOT apply to contacts that don't appear on the phone.)

Symptom: The Epicenter history shows that an update was sent to a user, but the folder does not appear in Outlook.

Solution: Switch to the Folder View in Outlook to force all types of folders to appear. Click the plus sign to the left of the Contacts folder. The Epicenter folder should appear. Click on the folder, then switch back to Contacts view and the folder should now be visible.
