Error: There is no Exchange mailbox associated with that address

(Applies to: Epicenter Server and Address Magic Enterprise) Symptom: You receive an error similar to the following: 04/19/11 07:58:27 [All Users] The user name resolved to John Doe, but there is no Exchange mailbox associated with that address. Solution: Please try each of the following. First, make sure that the latest Microsoft Office Service Pack is installed. (Service Pack 2 for Office 2010, Service Pack 3 for Office 2007 or Office 2003.) Second, if this is a new installation, make sure that the correct OAB (Offline Address Book) has been downloaded.
