Question: Will Epicenter Server work with 64-bit Outlook?

Answer:

Yes, except that Epicenter Server won't run with 64-bit Outlook on Windows 10 because of changes made to Windows 10 in late 2017.

If you already have Office 64-bit installed on a Windows 10 system running Epicenter Server, the best solution is to switch to Office 32-bit.  Also uninstall the 64-bit version of Epicenter and install the 32-bit version.

In general, Connected Software discourages the use of 64-bit Outlook. Please see our manual for more information:

The version of Outlook used by end-users can be any version of Outlook that will connect to Exchange, including 64-bit Outlook or even Outlook on the Mac. The only exception is if you are using Attachment Updates, which is typically used for POP3 users who don't have access to Exchange. In this case, end-users must also run a 32-bit version of Outlook on Windows.
