I get the error "The order has expired as of ..."

Symptom: You tried to download your software from MyCommerce but received a message similar to the following:
The order has expired as of Thu Jan 15 21:57:33 2014 US/Central.
If you need to download this product again for a legitimate reason please contact your vendor for a copy.
Cause: MyCommerce download links expire after 2 days.
Solution: If you already have your Registration Code (or License Code), please go to our Downloads page.
If you do not know your registration code, please fill out an Upgrade Request at:
