(Applies to: Epicenter Server) Problem: when an update is made to a contact in a source address book, such as the updating of a phone number, Outlook 2010 users do not see the update but Outlook 2007 users do. This problem is easy to identify because the "Notes" field in Outlook will contain a list of edit modifications. These notes are not generated by Epicenter. Cause: Outlook Social Connector (OSC) Solution: Microsoft provides instructions for disabling this behavior in OSC. Please see: More information about the behavior can be found here: | |
