Email is imported from Thunderbird with empty subject

Symptom: Email imported from Thunderbird has an empty Subject and From. Other information may be wrong or inconsistent.

Cause: Thunderbird mbox file that mixes usage of newline and carriage return/newline.

Solution: There is no workaround for this problem.
