What is the invoice I received for Epicenter Server Subscription?

The invoice is to renew your yearly technical support, which includes new versions. You can choose not to pay the invoice, in which case your existing licenses are yours and will not be affected. However, if you try to get technical support or you need to upgrade the software, you will need to pay to pay the invoice at that point. This does not save any money because you need to have continuous technical support coverage. This means you'd need to pay all past invoices and you cannot just restart the technical support on that new date.
