(Apples to: Epicenter Client)
For each contacts folder, the Epicenter client keeps one data file and one registry key that allows Epicenter to determine what has changed when you receive an update.
The file starts with the word "Chkpt" and is kept in (for Windows XP):
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Connected Software\Epicenter
Replace the word USERNAME with the login name of the current user.
The registry key is kept in:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Connected Software\Epicenter
Select this key in RegEdit and delete all of its contents.
