I can't find the software I ordered. How can I get another copy?

Symptom: You purchased one of Connected Software's products, but now you can't find the software.
Solution: If you already have your Registration Code (or License Code), please go to our Downloads page.
If you do not know your registration code, please fill out an Upgrade Request at:
It can take up to one hour after ordering the software before this form will work for you.  Make sure you use the same email address you purchased with for fastest response.
Upgrades to ePreserver, Address Magic Personal, Address Magic Enterprise and SaveMyFavorites are free. All other products require a current subscription.
