I can't find the software I ordered. How can I get another copy?

Symptom: You purchased one of Connected Software's products, but now you can't find the software.
 
Solution: To get the latest version of Address Magic or ePreserver, please go to our Downloads page.
 
To get a copy of Epicenter Server, please fill out an Upgrade Request at:
 
 
Upgrades to ePreserver and Address Magic Personal are free. Epicenter Server require a current support subscription.
