Question: I want to convert multiple AOL screen names but I want to keep the emails and address books for each screen name separate, just like they were in AOL.
Solution #1 (Windows XP and Windows Vista Only): Each user should log in to Windows XP under his or her own login, then run ePreserver to convert a screen name. With this technique, all email, favorites, and contacts will be kept completely separate.
Solution #2 (Outlook Express Only): If you don't have Windows XP or you don't want to use separate logins, Outlook Express users can use "Identities" as follows: , go the the File menu, click on Identities and select "Add New Identity..."
To switch back to your original identity:
Favorites from each AOL screen name will be stored in Internet Explorer under the name of the original screen name.
