Why didn't ePreserver transfer all of my emails?

Symptom: Some or most of your emails weren't converted.

Cause: The odds are very good that ePreserver did transfer all of your emails, but sometimes the messages can be hard to find them.
Solution:  Here are some things to check for: 
  1. The number is parentheses in the folder list on the left is not the number of emails in the folder, it is the number of unread emails. You need to look in each folder to determine how many emails are actually in the folder.
  2. The majority of your emails may not be in your Inbox or Sent Items. You should look for a folder with a name like Saved, then look for folders underneath that folder.
  3. If you are using Outlook 2000 or Outlook 2002, you need to go to the View menu and make sure Folder List is checked. Otherwise you won't be able to see all of your folders.
